Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) is an effective way to get you started on your quit journey. NRT can help reduce withdrawal symptoms and cigarette cravings in the first few days.
There are different kinds of NRT. You can get over the counter NRT without a prescription, or prescription quit aids from your doctor.

YOUR NRT

While this program offers valuable resources, tips and support to help you quit tobacco, it’s important to note that it does not automatically enroll you to receive NRT, but it does offer free NRT if you sign up for a Quit Your Way program. If you’re interested in NRT, there are several ways to get started:
1. Click here or call 1‑877‑U‑CAN‑NOW to sign up for one of our Quit Your Way programs and receive up to 4 weeks of free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), like patches, gum, or lozenges.
2. Talk to your doctor about prescription quit aids. Schedule a visit with your doctor to discuss your plan. They’ll be able to offer you guidance and prescriptions, if needed.
3. Purchase over the counter NRT from your local drugstore.
