We envision a Brevard County where all residents have a fair chance at a healthy future—free from nicotine addiction. Our mission is to mobilize the community and advance local policies that will help end nicotine addiction, protect children from secondhand smoke, and improve public health for generations to come. Tobacco Free Brevard aims to create a nicotine, smoke, and vape free Brevard.

SWAT is Florida's statewide youth organization working to mobilize, educate and equip Florida youth to revolt against and de-glamorize Big Tobacco. SWAT is a united movement of empowered youth working towards a tobacco free future.

Local initiatives supported by the Tobacco Free Brevard Partnership include: Tobacco Free Public Parks and Beaches, Counteract Tobacco Industry Influences at the Retail Point of Sale, Policies in K-12 Schools, Smoke Free Multiunit Housing, and Increase Cessation Access Among Priority Populations.

About Us
Since 2009, CivCom has collaborated with more than 50 public health organizations throughout the United States—including the Bureau of Tobacco Free Florida, Blue Zones, and the Oregon Health Authority. Our focus is in Florida, where we are working to end nicotine addiction in partnership with 24 tobacco-free coalitions.
