Tobacco Free Alachua is a diverse community partnership that develops and promotes policies which reduce the use and effects of tobacco within Alachua County.
SWAT is Florida's statewide youth organization working to mobilize, educate and equip Florida youth to revolt against and de-glamorize Big Tobacco. SWAT is a united movement of empowered youth working toward a tobacco free future.

Tobacco remains the leading cause of preventable death in the United States, making the work of impactful community organizations, such as Tobacco Free Alachua, more valuable. Tobacco Free Alachua prides itself on protecting Alachua County residents from the negative implications of tobacco use and exposure. We work to reduce secondhand smoke and vapor in City Parks and Recreation areas and multi-unit housing. We work with the City and County to promote policy to reduce tobacco use and exposure.

Civic Communications (CivCom) is the state of Florida provider responsible for the tobacco prevention programs in Alachua County. These programs support tobacco-free partnerships and Students Working Against Tobacco.
