Partnership Information

Tobacco Free Polk is a community-based coalition focused on preventing and reducing tobacco use among our youth in our community via local policy and systems change. Contact Monica Livingstone (monica@civcom.com) to join our Partnership.

County SWAT Information

Polk SWAT is a youth-led advocacy organization dedicated to empowering youth to live tobacco/vape free. SWAT students advocate for local policy change to protect their generation from Big Tobacco. Contact Monica (monica@civcom.com) for more info.
